As the first news of the year i will reveal the fruit of last years hard work and I am pleased to announce further details about our newly started company Sublime Interactive.
First of, we are not Sublime Interactive anymore, the name didn’t go through due to similar business in the area with the name Sublime. But we’ll come up with an even better name and in the end its not so much the name but what you deliver that matters.
So then what happened and how did it happen?
After us 8 decide to wholeheartedly take this great chance/risk starting a company rather then doing our internships by ourselves, we where all focused on trying to get an office and equipment for starters, since we all feel it is invaluable to have a place to go to everyday to work and brainstorm and feedback on each other, sure our plan “E” where to work over skype but it´s not the same at all. So we followed every lead we heard of and in the end we came in contact with Paradox Interactive and after a lot of back and forth and pitching I can now announce that we will be working on our own game title starting the 16th January and thanks to Paradox Interactive we have been all set with the equipment we need and a fantastic office space. I´will for the first time go there tomorrow and I´ll upload some pictures then.
Also, we recruited one more member to join our team, Sofie sundqvist, a talented animator who will be very busy for our upcoming game.
Needles to say I am very excited about all of this and we start producing this monday! We also have a litle extra thing coming up but for that the work is still in progress so it´s not time to reveal anything yet.
